Job Responsibilities

 

  • Manage daily sales operations at the display centre

  • Greet customers, understand their needs, and promote Taj Premium Tea products

  • Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement

  • Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers

  • Handle cash, billing, and basic sales records

  • Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships

  • Coordinate with management regarding stock requirements and sales reports

 

Requirements

 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-friendly attitude and sales-oriented mindset

  • Basic knowledge of sales handling and customer service

  • Ability to work independently and responsibly

  • Honest, punctual, and well-presented

 

Education

 

  • Minimum SSC / HSC passed

  • Higher education will be considered an advantage

 

Experience

 

  • 1–2 years’ experience in the consumer goods sector.
