Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
Supervise and manage staff schedules, performance, and training
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
Monitor inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Prepare daily sales reports and manage cash handling
Achieve sales targets and work on strategies to increase revenue
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of café operations, food safety, and customer service
Basic computer skills MS Office, POS systems
Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational ability
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality will be an added advantage
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Manager in any renowned café
