Job Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow

  • Supervise and manage staff schedules, performance, and training

  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally

  • Monitor inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination

  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

  • Prepare daily sales reports and manage cash handling

  • Achieve sales targets and work on strategies to increase revenue

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Good knowledge of café operations, food safety, and customer service

  • Basic computer skills MS Office, POS systems

  • Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational ability

 

Education

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred

  • Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality will be an added advantage

 

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Manager in any renowned café
