Job Summary:

Inspiren Global Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Senior Counsellor at its Sylhet branch. The position requires strong leadership, overseas education counseling experience, and the ability to drive branch growth and student enrollment.

• Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and achievement of business targets.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the counseling and administrative team to meet enrollment and revenue goals.
• Senior Counselor Responsibility: Provide expert student counseling for the UK study destination, including university selection, course guidance, admission requirements, and application support.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase student enrollment and overall branch growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with partner universities, students, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical counseling practices, and high service quality standards.
• Prepare and submit regular performance, enrollment, and business reports to senior management.
