Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate department.
Maintain visitor records and manage appointment schedules.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks.
Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
Receive, sort, and distribute couriers and deliveries.
Assist management with daily office tasks when required.
Maintain proper filing both physical and digital.
Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Good communication skills Bangla & basic English preferred.
Must have basic computer knowledge including:
MS Word
MS Excel
Email handling
Customer service knowledge and polite behavior is mandatory.
Smart, presentable, and well-groomed appearance.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.
