Job Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate department.

  • Maintain visitor records and manage appointment schedules.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

  • Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks.

  • Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute couriers and deliveries.

  • Assist management with daily office tasks when required.

  • Maintain proper filing both physical and digital.

  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

 

Requirements

 

  • Good communication skills Bangla & basic English preferred.

  • Must have basic computer knowledge including:

    • MS Word

    • MS Excel

    • Email handling

  • Customer service knowledge and polite behavior is mandatory.

  • Smart, presentable, and well-groomed appearance.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

 

Education

Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree 

Experience

 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.

  • Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.
