Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the B2B and B2C segments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.

  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and promotional events.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.

  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve client queries or complaints promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or tea industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and territories.

  • Knowledge of sales principles, strategies, and customer relationship management CRM.

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

  • Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel within the sales territory.

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant sales experience; experience in FMCG or tea industry is an advantage.
