Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the B2B and B2C segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Conduct product presentations, tastings, and promotional events.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve client queries or complaints promptly.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or tea industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and territories.
Knowledge of sales principles, strategies, and customer relationship management CRM.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel within the sales territory.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant sales experience; experience in FMCG or tea industry is an advantage.
