Job Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and welcome clients/visitors in a professional manner

  • Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries

  • Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records

  • Handle customer communication in-person, phone & online

  • Edit photos and create basic promotional content

  • Perform basic graphic design tasks social media posts, simple banners, etc.

  • Perform computer-based tasks MS Word, Excel, Email, Data Entry

  • Support management with administrative tasks

 

Requirements

 

  • Must be smart, well-presented, and confident

  • Good communication skills Bangla & basic English preferred

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design Canva / Photoshop preferred

  • Good computer skills MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet browsing

  • Strong customer handling ability

  • Positive attitude and professional behavior

 

Education

 

  • Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Background in Business / Marketing / Computer / Graphic Design will get preference

 

Experience

 

  • Minimum 1 year experience as Receptionist / Front Desk / Customer Service Preferred

  • Freshers with strong skills may also apply
