Job Responsibilities

Handle online sales inquiries Facebook, WhatsApp, Website, Email

Convert leads into clients

Communicate with customers by Call and chat in English, Bangla, Hindi, Urdu.

Manage CRM or customer database

Support digital marketing campaigns

Create basic social media content if needed

Work with marketing team to improve conversion rates

Meet monthly sales targets
Requirements
-
Must have knowledge of Digital Marketing Facebook Ads, boosting, lead generation.

Knowledge of Graphics Design & AI tools is highly preferred.

Fluent in Bangla,English and Hindi preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Smart, confident, and presentable.

Ability to work under sales targets.

Good computer skills MS Office, Email, Social Media handling.
- Experience in visa consultancy or travel industry bonus
Education
-
Minimum Bachelor’s degree Business/Marketing preferred.

HSC with strong sales experience may also apply.
Experience

1–2 years in sales/marketing preferred.

This is strictly an office-based desk job No field work required.
