Job Responsibilities

Generate leads through field marketing, online platforms, and networking.

Sell company services recruitment, visa processing, training programs.

Conduct client meetings online/offline.

Manage social media promotions and assist in digital campaigns.

Create basic marketing content posts, captions, offers.

Maintain client database and follow-ups.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
-
Must have knowledge of Digital Marketing Facebook Ads, boosting, lead generation.

Knowledge of Graphics Design & AI tools is highly preferred.

Fluent in Bangla and English Hindi preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Smart, confident, and presentable.

Ability to work under sales targets.

Good computer skills MS Office, Email, Social Media handling.

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree Business/Marketing preferred.
-
HSC with strong sales experience may also apply.
Experience

1–2 years in sales/marketing preferred.

This is strictly an office-based desk job No field work required.
