Provide one-on-one academic and career counseling to students
Guide students in selecting suitable courses, programs, and institutions
Assist with admission procedures, application forms, and documentation
Counsel students and parents regarding career pathways and higher education opportunities
Maintain updated knowledge of universities, programs, and admission requirements
Organize seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions
Maintain student records and follow-up on inquiries and applications
Achieve enrollment targets if applicable
Collaborate with marketing and admission teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent counseling and persuasion abilities

Basic computer skills MS Office, email, CRM systems
Target-oriented mindset for admission-based roles
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in student counseling, academic advising, or admissions
