Tax Care is a growing UK-based accounting firm helping small businesses and property investors manage finances and grow. We are looking for a full-time CRM & Automation Specialist to improve systems, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency using Bitrix24.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Bitrix24 CRM leads, clients, pipelines

Build automated onboarding and follow-up workflows

Integrate CRM with website, email, and other tools

Improve internal processes through automation

Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy
Requirements

Knowledge of workflow automation and process improvement

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Good communication skills in English and Bengali

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Experience
- Experience with Bitrix24 or similar CRM platforms
