Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries properly

  • Manage office front desk and maintain visitor records

  • Handle basic administrative tasks filing, printing, scanning, email handling

  • Assist in social media posts and basic design work

  • Maintain office discipline and communication flow

Requirements

 

  • Must know basic Graphic Design Canva / Photoshop preferred

  • Good typing skills Bangla & English

  • Clear and pleasant speaking ability

  • Basic computer knowledge MS Word, Excel, Email

  • Smart, presentable, and well-mannered

 

Education

Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s running or completed

Experience

 

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Officer preferred

  • Freshers can also apply if skilled in graphic design & typing
