Job Responsibilities

• Install and configure broadband internet connections for new customers.

• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.

• Provide technical support to customers both remotely and on-site.

• Maintain routers, switches, and other networking equipment.

• Monitor network performance and resolve technical problems quickly.

• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure uninterrupted internet service.

• Prepare basic technical reports and update service records.
