Job Responsibilities

 

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company services.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about internet packages.

  • Follow up with interested customers and schedule connections or meetings.

  • Maintain a database of customer contacts and call records.

  • Support the sales team by generating leads through telecommunication.

  • Ensure professional and friendly communication with all customers.

 

Requirements

 

  • Good communication and persuasion skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • Polite and customer-friendly attitude.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

 

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Honours Pass from any recognized university.

Experience

 

  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support will be preferred.

  • Fresh candidates with good communication skills may also apply.
