Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company services.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about internet packages.

Follow up with interested customers and schedule connections or meetings.

Maintain a database of customer contacts and call records.

Support the sales team by generating leads through telecommunication.

Ensure professional and friendly communication with all customers.
Requirements

Good communication and persuasion skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Polite and customer-friendly attitude.

Ability to work in a team environment.
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Honours Pass from any recognized university.
Experience

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support will be preferred.
