Follow up with interested customers and schedule connections or meetings.
Maintain a database of customer contacts and call records.
Support the sales team by generating leads through telecommunication.
Ensure professional and friendly communication with all customers.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Honours Pass from any recognized university.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support will be preferred.
