Receive and respond to customer calls and inquiries.
Provide information about internet packages, billing, and services.
Record customer complaints and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

Bachelor’s Degree Honours in any relevant field.
Diploma in Computer Science, Networking, Electrical, or related field
Experience in customer service, call center, or support roles will be preferred.
