Job Responsibilities

 

  • Receive and respond to customer calls and inquiries.

  • Provide information about internet packages, billing, and services.

  • Record customer complaints and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and service requests.

  • Ensure professional and friendly communication with all customers.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

  • Friendly attitude and good problem-solving ability.

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree Honours in any relevant field.

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Networking, Electrical, or related field

Experience

 

  • Experience in customer service, call center, or support roles will be preferred.

  • Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Salary

  • BDT 10,000 per month
