Call Center Sales Executive Visa Consultancy
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for visa inquiries
- Convert leads into customers through effective sales communication
- Guide clients on visa processes, requirements, and services
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships
- Update customer data in the system
Requirements
Experience in call center / sales is a plus
Knowledge of Graphics Design & AI tools is highly preferred.
Fluent in Bangla,English and Hindi preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Smart, confident, and presentable.
Ability to work under sales targets.
Good computer skills MS Office, Email, Social Media handling.
Experience in visa consultancy or travel industry bonus
Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree Business/Marketing preferred.

HSC with strong sales experience may also apply.
Experience

1–2 years in online sales/marketing preferred.

This is strictly an office-based desk job No field work required.
