Job Responsibilities
• Provide expert counselling to students interested in studying in the UK
• Guide students through the complete application and process
• Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and partner universities
• Achieve recruitment targets for UK universities
• Mentor and support junior counsellors
• Develop improved counselling strategies to ensure student success
• Handle operational tasks assigned by management
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international education consultancy
• Strong knowledge of UK university admissions and visa processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Leadership ability to guide and mentor junior counsellors
• Fluent in spoken and written English
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Master’s degree preferred
• Background in Education, Business, Marketing, or related fields will be considered an advantage
Experience
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an international education consultancy
• Strong knowledge of UK university admissions and student visa processes
• Proven experience in student counselling and university application handling
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior counsellors is an advantage
Other Details
• Salary: BDT 25,000 – 50,000 depending on experience
