Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional counseling to clients regarding study abroad, career opportunities, or migration pathways
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable programs, institutions, or career options
- Guide clients through the complete application and documentation process
- Lead and mentor junior counselors to improve performance and service quality
- Monitor and achieve individual and team targets admissions, placements, conversions, etc.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions, agencies, and stakeholders
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, admission requirements, and industry trends
- Handle complex or high-value client cases and provide strategic solutions
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events when required
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in counseling, preferably in education consultancy, study abroad, or recruitment industry
