Job Responsibilities

- Collaborate with video editors and producers for content production
- Maintain ethical journalism standards and follow editorial guidelines
- Stay updated with current affairs and trending topics
- Use social media platforms to source and promote news content
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bangla & English preferred
- Strong news sense and storytelling ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Confidence in front of the camera for video reporting
- Good research and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of media ethics and journalism principles
- Familiarity with digital media platforms and social media tools
- Willingness to travel for field reporting
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
Experience
1 year of experience in news reporting or media preferred
