Job Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain showroom appearance and ensure products are displayed properly.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
  • Prepare sales reports and update customer information in the system.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements

 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

 

Education

 

HSC Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent.

 

Experience

Freshers are welcome; however, prior experience in sales or showroom work is a plus.
