Job Responsibilities

 

  • Manage all social media platforms of the company, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality graphics, images, and videos for campaigns and posts.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports.
  • Respond to customer queries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to run promotions and campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

 

Requirements

 

  • Must be proficient in graphic design tools Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc. and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Education

 

Minimum HSC or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is a plus.

 

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing social media accounts experience with graphics design is mandatory.
