Job Responsibilities

 

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and drinks as per restaurant standards
  • Supervise junior waiters and assist in their training
  • Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
  • Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues quickly
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership ability to manage junior staff
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

 

Education

 

  • Minimum SSC / HSC or equivalent
  • Training in hospitality or hotel management will be an advantage

 

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel
