Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks as per restaurant standards
- Supervise junior waiters and assist in their training
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
- Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues quickly
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership ability to manage junior staff
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Education
- Minimum SSC / HSC or equivalent
- Training in hospitality or hotel management will be an advantage
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel
