Job Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel services, rooms, and events
  • Manage and grow the hotel’s presence on social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal packages
  • Coordinate with travel agencies, corporate clients, and tour operators
  • Maintain and update online listings Google, Booking platforms, etc.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
  • Handle branding, content creation, and advertising materials
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports

 

Requirements

 

  • Must have previous experience in the hotel/hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of digital marketing tools and social media management
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing
