Job Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts
  • Handle daily transactions including cash, bank, and expenses
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Monitor hotel revenues, expenses, and profit margins
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
  • Prepare VAT, TAX, and other statutory reports
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits
  • Maintain payroll records and staff salary processing

 

Requirements

 

  • Must have previous experience in hotel/hospitality accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software Tally, Excel, or similar tools
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

 

Education

 

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

 

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting
