Job Responsibilities

 

  • Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
  • Take room service orders accurately via phone or in person
  • Set up trays/trolleys neatly and ensure proper presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas, trays, and equipment
  • Collect used trays and utensils from guest rooms
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by responding politely to requests and complaints
  • Coordinate with kitchen and front desk for smooth service
  • Follow hotel hygiene and safety standards at all times
  • Handle billing and obtain guest signatures when required

 

Requirements

 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Polite, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
  • Basic understanding of food service and hospitality standards
  • Physically fit to carry trays and move frequently
  • Team player with a positive mindset

 

Education

 

  • Minimum SSC / equivalent
  • Training in hospitality or hotel management preferred but not mandatory

 

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in hotel room service / F&B service
