Job Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
- Take room service orders accurately via phone or in person
- Set up trays/trolleys neatly and ensure proper presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, trays, and equipment
- Collect used trays and utensils from guest rooms
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding politely to requests and complaints
- Coordinate with kitchen and front desk for smooth service
- Follow hotel hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Handle billing and obtain guest signatures when required
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
- Basic understanding of food service and hospitality standards
- Physically fit to carry trays and move frequently
- Team player with a positive mindset
Education
- Minimum SSC / equivalent
- Training in hospitality or hotel management preferred but not mandatory
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in hotel room service / F&B service
