Job Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Hotel marketing planning এবং execution
- Facebook / WhatsApp campaigns ও lead handling
- Travel agent ও corporate client deals করা
- Booking increase করার strategy implement করা
Front Desk:
- Guest handling Check-in / Check-out
- Call & message response
- Booking management
- Excellent customer service ensure করা
Requirements
- Communication skills strong হতে হবে
- Smart, presentable & professional attitude
- Sales & customer handling skill থাকা প্রয়োজন
- Hotel / Marketing experience থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
Education
- Minimum HSC / Equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience.
