Job Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to education agents, institutions, and partners for potential collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with student recruitment agencies.
- Assist in onboarding and training new recruitment partners.
- Support the expansion of our B2B partner network in South Asia and other markets.
- Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding partner requirements and student applications.
- Track partner performance and maintain partnership databases.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, webinars, and partner meetings.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
- Proficiency in email communication and Excel is a plus.
- Interest in international education and student mobility.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
Experience
- 0–2 years experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or education consulting.
