Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to education agents, institutions, and partners for potential collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with student recruitment agencies.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new recruitment partners.
  • Support the expansion of our B2B partner network in South Asia and other markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding partner requirements and student applications.
  • Track partner performance and maintain partnership databases.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, webinars, and partner meetings.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Proficiency in email communication and Excel is a plus.
  • Interest in international education and student mobility.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.

Experience

  • 0–2 years experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or education consulting.
