Job Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication
  • Maintain records of visitors and office activities
  • Provide basic information about the company to clients and visitors

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer service mindset with a positive approach

 

Education

 

  • Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline

 

Experience

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
