Job Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication
Maintain records of visitors and office activities
Provide basic information about the company to clients and visitors
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook
Professional appearance and attitude
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service mindset with a positive approach
Education
Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline
Experience
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
