Job Responsibilities
- Provide counseling to students regarding study abroad and travel opportunities
- Guide clients through visa processes, documentation, and travel planning
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients
- Handle queries via phone calls, messages, and in-person meetings
- Build strong relationships with students and guardians
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Occasionally appear on Facebook live or recorded videos to represent the company, explain services, and engage with the audience must be comfortable speaking in front of a camera
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and Bangla
- Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
- Comfortable speaking in front of a camera for social media content
- Basic knowledge of travel or student consultancy is a plus
- Good computer and social media handling skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory if experienced
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student counseling, travel consultancy, or a related field is preferred
