Job Responsibilities
- Handle flight, hotel, and tour reservations for clients
- Issue, reissue, and cancel air tickets using GDS or airline portals
- Provide accurate information on travel schedules, fares, and routes
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators
- Maintain proper booking records and documentation
- Assist customers with itinerary planning and travel arrangements
- Resolve booking-related issues efficiently
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of reservation systems e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in bookings
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Tourism & Hospitality or related field
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency or airline reservation role
- Freshers with relevant training may also apply
