  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide information on travel packages, visa requirements, and services
  • Assist clients in choosing suitable travel plans
  • Manage complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with clients before and after travel
  • Maintain client database and records
  • Support sales and marketing team when required

 

Requirements

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge MS Office, email handling

 

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience

1–2 years of experience in customer service travel industry preferred
