Job Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct engaging and interactive IELTS preparation classes Academic & General Training.
  • Teach all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
  • Develop lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests aligned with IELTS standards.
  • Assess students’ performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Guide students on test strategies, time management, and exam techniques.
  • Conduct mock tests and evaluate results to track progress.
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring for students needing additional support.
  • Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and trends.
  • Maintain student records and report progress to management.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong command of the English language spoken and written.
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and effective manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a student-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage small to medium-sized classes effectively.
  • Familiarity with IELTS assessment criteria and scoring.

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

Experience

 

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an IELTS instructor or English language trainer.
