Job Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive IELTS preparation classes Academic & General Training.
- Teach all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests aligned with IELTS standards.
- Assess students’ performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students on test strategies, time management, and exam techniques.
- Conduct mock tests and evaluate results to track progress.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring for students needing additional support.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and trends.
- Maintain student records and report progress to management.
Requirements
- Strong command of the English language spoken and written.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a student-focused approach.
- Ability to manage small to medium-sized classes effectively.
- Familiarity with IELTS assessment criteria and scoring.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an IELTS instructor or English language trainer.
