Job Responsibilities

1. Student Counseling & Profile Assessment

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to understand their academic qualifications, career aspirations, financial capacity, and personal preferences.
  • Evaluate academic transcripts, certificates, and standardized test scores IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, SAT, GRE, GMAT, etc..
  • Provide expert and unbiased advice on suitable countries, universities, courses, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Guide students in making informed decisions regarding their study abroad plans.

2. Application Process Management

  • Assist students in completing application forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Support students in preparing high-quality Statements of Purpose SOPs, essays, and Letters of Recommendation LORs.
  • Ensure all documents are complete and submitted within deadlines.
  • Communicate with universities and admissions offices regarding application status, offers, and requirements.

3. Visa Assistance & Pre-Departure Support

  • Provide guidance on visa application processes and requirements for different countries.
  • Assist in preparing visa documentation and interview preparation.
  • Conduct pre-departure sessions covering accommodation, travel, insurance, and cultural adaptation.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families.
  • Provide continuous support and address queries throughout the process.
  • Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional activities to attract new students.
  • Stay updated on international education trends, admission policies, and immigration regulations.

5. Record Keeping & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate student records using CRM systems.
  • Track application progress, student interactions, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular performance and progress reports.

6. Professional Development

  • Continuously update knowledge on global education systems and new program offerings.
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, and industry events to enhance expertise.

Requirements

 

  • Strong knowledge of the UK education system and visa process mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English spoken & written.
  • Strong counseling and sales ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple student applications efficiently.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Female candidates are preferred.

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree required

Experience

 

  • Minimum 1+ year experience as a UK Education Consultant / Study Abroad Advisor.
  • Proven experience handling UK university applications and student visas.
  • Experience with UCAS and UKVI processes is highly preferred.
