Job Responsibilities

 

  • Provide technical support to clients and internal users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Maintain and monitor systems and IT infrastructure
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets
  • Assist in system upgrades, installations, and configurations

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar support/IT role
  • Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
  • Experience in handling user support, system issues, and maintenance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 

Education

  • Bachelor of Science BSc in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in CSE / ECE / IT or related discipline or equivalent practical experience from any reputed University.

Experience

    • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area ISP,Customer Support
