Job Responsibilities

 

  • Handle incoming calls and keep records of every conversation
  • Segregate user requests and forward them to the concerned departments
  • Interact with office visitors and ensure they feel welcomed
  • Reach out to users sequentially as per company policy for customer feedback
  • Use Microsoft Office to create and generate reports for higher management
  • Follow up on user requests forwarded to the concerned departments and report to management

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong communication skills in customer service phone and verbal
  • Basic understanding of internet, email, and Google Drive G-Drive
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Hardworking and willing to work extended hours when required

 

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience

 

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Fresh candidates with strong skills are also encouraged to apply
