4. Training, Mentorship & Staff Development

• Develop staff discipline, punctuality, and professionalism
• Conduct regular training sessions for teachers and caregivers
• Promote mentoring and continuous improvement culture

5. Student Development & Life Skills

• Encourage leadership through structured routines and activities
• Lead assemblies, drills, and physical development programs
