Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate all teaching activities across the school
- Observe lessons, mentor teachers, and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor and record teacher performance and training needs
- Track student academic progress, behaviour, and overall wellbeing
- Enforce safeguarding policies and child protection standards in classrooms
- Support lesson planning, assessments, and curriculum implementation
- Prepare academic reports, attendance reports, and progress updates for leadership
- Report any safeguarding or welfare concerns immediately
- Manage and maintain Education Information Systems and databases
Requirements
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability
- Excellent classroom management knowledge
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills Bangla required, English preferred
- Strong IT skills and digital literacy
Education
- University Graduate
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Experience with School Management Information System
Other Details
Working Hours
Full-time 8 hours/day, 6 days/week, on-call for emergencies
Salary Range
BDT 20,000 – 23,000 per month Based on experience
Probation Period
3 months
