Job Responsibilities
- Supervise dormitories, daily routines and helping children making beds.
- Provide emotional care, guidance, and discipline.
- Maintain behaviour logs and incident records.
- Ensure safety during night shifts.
- Model compassion, consistency, and respect.

•Clear understanding of appropriate behaviour with children
•Must pass background and reference checks
•Must sign safeguarding declaration and Code of Conduct
Education
•Army-Cadet background
•Minimum: Secondary education SSC/HSC
•Preferred: Diploma or training in caregiving, education, or social work
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in one of the following:
oChildcare
oResidential care
oTeaching or madrasa environment
oCommunity or NGO work - Experience working with vulnerable children is highly desirable
Other Details
Employment Type: Full-time live-in residential
Working Hours: Shift-based day/night rotation
Salary Range: BDT 13,000 – 15,000 per month each Based on experience
Probation Period: 3 months
