Job Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain complete financial records, including ledgers, journals, balance sheets, and expense reports.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and petty cash accurately.
  • Assist in payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and other financial records regularly.
  • Prepare financial statements and assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting.
  • Support senior accountants in audits, ensuring all records and documents are audit-ready.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Work with other departments to ensure all financial transactions are properly documented.
  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting software management e.g., Tally, QuickBooks.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Experience with audits and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar software
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance role, preferably in hospitality or event management industry
