Job Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the company’s Facebook page regularly
- Go live on Facebook to showcase and promote products
- Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries promptly
- Maintain active engagement with followers and potential customers
- Coordinate with the team for product updates and promotions
- Ensure professional and friendly communication at all times
Requirements
- Confident in speaking on camera Facebook Live
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of Facebook page handling and messaging tools
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle multiple chats and respond quickly
Education
- Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree running students can apply
- Students are encouraged to apply
Experience
- Prior experience in social media handling or live selling is a plus
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
