Job Responsibilities
- Maintain proper books of accounts in compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Prepare and present timely financial reports to management.
- Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Prepare & check all kinds of bill voucher, journal entries as per rules & regulation.
- Ensure timely submission of tax returns, VAT returns, and compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Monitor and manage banking transactions, payments, and fund allocations efficiently.
- Operate and maintain ERP/accounting software for accurate financial data management.
- Ensure Monthly & yearly financial report preparation
- Audit support and financial documents organization
- Assist in preparing financial statement budget, Trial balance, Income statement, Balance sheet etc. for company.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 five years of experience in a similar Accounts Executive role.
- Strong academic record is required.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Education
BBA/MBA/ Becholer of Business Studies Major in Accounting from a reputed institution
Experience
Minimum 5 five years of experience in a similar Accounts Executive role
