Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication
  • Maintain records of visitors and office activities
  • Provide basic information about the company to clients and visitors

Requirements

  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Basic computer knowledge MS Word, Excel, internet browsing
  • Ability to speak clearly in Bangla & basic English is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Education

Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline

Experience

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
