Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers' inquiries on our Facebook, Webchat, Hotline, email, and social media platforms on a regular basis.
  • Quick response to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Communicate with customers in an informative manner, in keeping with the brand's voice and tone.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on our Facebook and social media platforms on a regular basis in English.
  • Keep records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensive way.
  • Prepare & submit a daily report in English on incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Other works from Manager or HR

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English and Bangla

Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality

Comfortable speaking in front of a camera for social media content

Basic knowledge of travel or student consultancy is a plus

Good computer and social media handling skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory if experienced

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student counseling, travel consultancy, or a related field is preferred
