Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch
- Supervise and guide sales and marketing staff
- Ensure sales targets are achieved
- Maintain stock and inventory records
- Handle customer queries and ensure good service
- Prepare daily and monthly reports
- Maintain discipline and workflow within the branch
Requirements
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of computer products and sales
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
1–2 years of experience in sales/branch management
Other Details
- Salary: BDT 15,000 per month
