Job Responsibilities

 

  • Provide call support to customers and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Assist customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Perform basic computer-related tasks data entry, documentation, reporting
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

 

Requirements

 

  • Good communication skills Bangla required, English preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations
  • Must be familiar with:
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a team

 

Education

Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s running or completed

Experience

 

  • 1 yearFreshers are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in customer support/call center is a plus
