Job Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
  • Support students with special educational needs SEN
  • Help prepare teaching materials and classroom resources
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and organized learning environment
  • Monitor student progress and report to teachers
  • Supervise students during breaks, trips, and extracurricular activities

Requirements

 

  • Previous experience working with children preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work with children of different abilities

Education

  • Minimum HSC/A-Levels

Experience

  • Training in child development or special education
  • Basic ICT skills
  • Classroom management experience
