Job Responsibilities

 

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads
  • Explain Edu Mentor’s courses, services, and benefits clearly
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Follow up regularly with interested candidates to ensure conversion
  • Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions
  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with students
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and enrollment targets
  • Coordinate with the counseling or admissions team when required

 

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla English is a plus
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
  • Basic computer knowledge MS Word, Excel, or CRM tools
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills

Education

Minimum HSC Higher Secondary Certificate completed

Experience

Experience is preferred especially in telecalling, sales, or customer service
