Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and oversee daily transactions
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and monthly accounts
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and regulations
  • Monitor company expenses and financial activities
  • Manage ledgers, invoices, commission claims, and purchase orders P/O
  • Handle overall income and expenditure tracking
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Maintain and update financial systems and databases
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external financial matters
  • Support contract negotiations and financial agreements when required
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with high integrity
  • Assist with additional finance and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • ACCA part-qualified or qualified preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience with financial statements, ledgers, invoicing, and P/O management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • ACCA part-qualified or qualified will be highly preferred.
