Job Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain daily financial transactions and record income & expenses using accounting software or MS Excel
  • Monitor client billing and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Prepare salary sheets, bonuses, and other financial vouchers for employees
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations utility payments, office maintenance, etc.
  • Maintain records of all organizational purchases and sales
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management

Requirements

 

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
  • Good understanding of financial record-keeping and reporting
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English
  • Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Education

  • Bachelor's degree / BBA Preferred.

Experience

Minimum 1 Year
