Job Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads students
- Explain consultancy services admission guidance, visa processing, etc.
- Maintain a database of leads and update CRM regularly
- Schedule appointments for counseling sessions
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Build and maintain good relationships with potential clients
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements
- Strong communication skills Bangla + basic English
- Confident speaking over phone
- Basic computer knowledge MS Word, Excel, CRM tools
- Sales or telecalling experience is a plus freshers can apply
Education
Minimum HSC completed Bachelor’s ongoing preferred
