Job Responsibilities
- Conduct classes for OTHM Business Management/Business Development courses
- Teach subjects such as:
- Business Strategy
- Marketing
- Entrepreneurship
- Human Resource Management
- Organizational Behavior
- Support students with assignments, presentations, and reports
- Prepare lecture notes and study materials
- Guide students for exams and practical understanding
- Track student progress and provide feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience teaching OTHM/Pearson/UK qualification courses preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Strong understanding of business concepts
- Ability to conduct online classes via Zoom/Google Meet

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in Business/Management subjects
