Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct classes for OTHM Business Management/Business Development courses
  • Teach subjects such as:
    • Business Strategy
    • Marketing
    • Entrepreneurship
    • Human Resource Management
    • Organizational Behavior
  • Support students with assignments, presentations, and reports
  • Prepare lecture notes and study materials
  • Guide students for exams and practical understanding
  • Track student progress and provide feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience teaching OTHM/Pearson/UK qualification courses preferred
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong understanding of business concepts
  • Ability to conduct online classes via Zoom/Google Meet

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in Business/Management subjects
